Water Wellness Interval Training class is a full body workout with strength and cardio elements on a stand up paddle board.
Start your morning with a paddle workout. We will have an on ground warm up, technique water warm up, and an interval sprint series followed by a cool down. This hour long class will increase your fitness and improve your paddle stroke. You can bring your own paddle board or choose a ticket with a paddle board included.
If you have never been on a paddle board a learn to paddle class or series will be necessary to join this interval training. If bringing your own board, please include a leash, paddle, water, and a life vest. If using a blow up board please arrive early to inflate your board. We will meet on the beach.
