A negotiation methodology will be presented so that participants can use the appropriate negotiation style in different settings. The basic win-win negotiating style will be presented and participants will learn the pros and cons of this method in a real estate transaction. The goal is for the participant to understand different negotiating techniques, the strengths of different techniques in different aspects of the real estate transaction and will use all of this to improve outcomes for the clients in real estate negotiations.
