This interactive workshop will provide you with pro tips for presenting your startup's traction—from pre-revenue early wins to post-revenue momentum and beyond. Our featured facilitators, Talpha Harris of Sustainible and Lindsay Stuart of Mamalux, will first walk us through the lessons they've learned about communicating traction as early-stage entrepreneurs, including metrics to consider and documents to have ready. Then, using examples and activities, they'll cover the components of effective one-pagers and traction decks. The workshop will also explore best practices for adapting your messaging and metrics based on the audience you're hoping to impress. Talpha previously worked as Entrepreneurship Hub Manager at Bridgeway Capital, where she helped entrepreneurs build businesses and designed entrepreneurial programming such as accelerators and incubators. Talpha, a woman of faith, currently lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, K-Andre Harris, Sustainible's CTO, and 18-month old toddler. Lindsay Stuart is the founder and CEO of Mamalux, which makes leakproof sleepwear for breastfeeding. She previously worked as Head of Marketing for Weatherman, a tech-enabled umbrella company, and spent the first decade of her career as a sports journalist with The Washington Post and Sports Illustrated.
