Power down, refresh and renew. Join us for a mindful Yoga Hike through the majestic bamboo forest trails at Koreshan State Park. Use all your senses as you experience the healing power of nature while pausing at scenic spots for yoga poses and breath practice. All levels. Wear appropriate hiking footwear and clothing. Bring a yoga mat. Age 14 and over, please. Limit 10 per class. Free with park entry fee. Class meets at the entrance to the historic settlement from the main parking lot.
