Newton at Home Seeks Member Services Coordinator Newton at Home is a non-profit membership organization whose mission is to assist older adults stay in their homes independently and safely for as long as possible. The organization achieves this mission by providing practical services, social, educational and cultural programs, and vendor referrals. All direct services are provided by an extensive pool of volunteers. This is a paid position that can be completed as a hybrid model. Responsibilities: 1. Receive and process telephone calls requesting services 2. Document services in Club Express 3. Interact with volunteers to assign services, dates and times 4. Develop strong relationships with members through frequent telephone check-in calls 5. Participate in data collection as needed 6. Initiate intake welcome calls to new members 7. Report member feedback from volunteers to director for follow-up 8. Assist with special projects and fundraisers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree demonstrated computer competence, ability to multi-task. Outstanding listening skills, patience and ability to interact with diverse group of older adults.
