NOTICE OF APPLICATION | DUPILLE ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE PL-VAR-22-0001
The applicant has proposed to demo the existing 100 square foot garden shed that is currently within the rear yard setback and construct a new 120 square foot greenhouse that would be connected to the rear of the existing garage and encroach approximately 20 feet into the rear yard setback.
