TRURO, MA — A Truro man was indicted Thursday after federal prosecutors said he illegally sold 55 guns on Cape Cod. James McNulty, 59, was charged in U.S. District Court in Boston with dealing in firearms without a license. According to court documents, McNulty sold at least 55 guns between January 2021 and April 2021. Prosecutors said McNulty does not have a license to import, manufacture or sell guns.
