GERMANTOWN, MD — Two people were found dead in a parking lot in the 18900 block of Highstream Drive in Germantown Monday morning, Montgomery County Police said. Officers responded to calls of shots fired in the area around 9:05 a.m. and found the two people, a man and a woman, police said in a news release. Police did not specify if the people had any visible injuries. Police are investigating the case as a homicide.
