FREMONT, CA — A cement truck driver suffered minor injuries when the truck overturned on Mission Boulevard Friday morning. The overturned truck forced the partial closure of Mission Boulevard at Interstate Highway 680 North for several hours. It has now reopened. Workers also had to repair signal lights.
