FREMONT, CA — An overturned big rig has been cleared from southbound Interstate Highway 680 in Fremont, according to California Highway Patrol. At least one person was injured, but those injuries were described as minor. For much of Thursday morning, three lanes were blocked. Traffic backed up for miles. The crash was reported shortly before 7:45 a.m. Thursday. Today, at approximately 7:35am, we had a major collision southbound I-680 at SR-262.
