Dos Amigos Landscaping is a regional landscape contractor located in Charlottesville, VA. For the last 17 years, Dos Amigos has provided high quality landscape services to Charlottesville and the surrounding areas. Our company has Turf, Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Installation, Hardscapes and Drainage divisions. We currently seek a Turf and Ornamental Spray Technician, who will be responsible for properly mixing and applying herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides to trees, lawns, shrubs, and/or botanical crops. Quality outcomes and great client communications are paramount. The ideal candidate for this position has 1-3 years of quality turf and ornamental experience, Virginia Nursery and Landscape Association certification, and spray licenses through VDACS (including ornamentals). A degree in Horticulture and/or Turf Science would be a plus and increase pay opportunities. General landscape knowledge is a must as there will be times when this person assists our landscaping and mowing crews. The successful candidate would also possess strong computer skills, great communication skills, and a proven track at previous jobs. The client base includes approximately 50% residential and 50% commercial clients. A valid Virginia driver’s license is a must.
