We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper for our stable, growing import/export distribution center client, located near Nashua, NH. This is an in-office opportunity, not remote. Responsible for providing administrative support to the President, Marketing, Accounting and Logistics. Data entry into QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries and assisting with month and year-end closings. Also responsible for answering the phones, processing mail, filing, ordering office supplies and general oversight of the office space and facilities. Must have experience in a similar role and be able to pitch in wherever needed. Strong communication, computer (MS Office and QuickBooks) and organizational skills.
