Press release from the City of Fremont: December 4, 2020 This afternoon, Bay Area Health Officers moved to implement the State's new Regional Stay Home Order, not waiting until local hospitals are near crisis to act. Read their full statement. In Alameda County, the Order goes into effect Monday, December 7 at 12:01AM to January 4, 2021. Also, all private gatherings are prohibited during this time frame and new restrictions will apply in Alameda County.
