Empower Girls as a Coach with Girls on the Run at Aquatic Park, Cedar Rose Park, or Berkeley Arts Magnet! We are recruiting volunteer coaches to serve with our teams in Contra Costa County. Our program combines training for a 5K running event with uplifting workouts that encourage emotional, social, mental, and physical development. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer coaches who are committed to empowering girls with valuable life lessons during the Spring 2022 season! You do not need to be a runner- we provide all training, curriculum, and supplies needed to safely and successfully coach an entire season! Season Dates: The season starts the week of March 7th and lasts for 8 weeks. The season-ending 5K will be the weekend of May 14th.
