Press release from the City of Westlake: Posted on: November 24, 2020 Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, expect the following delays in service for rubbish/recycling pickup and brush collection: RUBBISH/RECYCLING: Rumpke will be closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving. Rubbish and recycling collection will be delayed by one day for Thursday and Friday routes. BRUSH PICKUP: The City of Westlake will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
