Here are the top three stories in Duluth today: Accused rapist and kidnapper Tarek Mentouri is currently awaiting trial on 21 counts in Nashville, Tennessee, but reportedly moved to Duluth while out on bond. According to authorities, Mentouri has been concealing his identity by calling himself Isaac Miller or Isaac Men online as he allegedly interacts with women on Nextdoor Neighbor offering massages. Duluth Police were unaware of his residency in Duluth until one local woman stepped forward. Tarek's next court hearing is in May.
