We are seeking a talented individual to join our Inside Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initial outreach and customer service, conducting market analysis and addressing customer needs. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work on their own while still staying in touch with other team members. Candidates must also be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Accurately competiting sales reports, forecasting and reporting of sales. Accurately complete complex sales transactions. Understand the pricing, billing and services associated with our products. Develop unique products and services to support customer needs. Use technology (such as CRMs or ERPs) to track and coordinate customer contacts.
