Need Handyman: Skilled | General | Unskilled Labor

Finishing up my basement renovation. I have all tools. Need handyman to help accelerate completion: 1. Unskilled tasks - $15/hr a. Carry/Stack items and small furniture from room. b. Remove carpet from room (in 2-3 ft wide rolls, approximately 400 sq ft) c. Help carry heavy furniture to my trailer for removal (couch) d. Bag and Carry Construction Debris (Mostly carpet) to my trailer e. Scrape concrete floor to prep for vinyl plank (approximately 400 sq ft) f. Paint trim, Paint walls g. Help carry/cut plywood h. Help carry/cut lumber i. Help carry/secure lumber j. Help hang shelves 2. General Handyman tasks (must have photo evidence of prior experience) - $20/hr a. Hang crown molding/trim (must have experience measuring and cutting trim with compound miter saw/radial arm saw) b. Install door trim (to measure, cut and install) c. Install vinyl plank flooring d. Install quarter round 3. Skilled tasks (most have photo evidence of prior experience) - $25/hr a. Sink plumbing (from stubs) b. Electrical (swap breaker at panel (install thin 15Amp 2 pole breaker), install 50amp breaker, connect 50Amp circuit for cooktop) c. Mud (drywall seams and corners) 4. Welding - $TBD job rate a. Welding (16 sheet metal bar/table corners, stainless/aluminum tbd) Must show up ready to work. Need to complete this work ASAP. Again, I have all tools. Potential for additional project work if done well and completed on time.
