Painter needed Local property management company seeking experienced painting tech. Year round, full time(40+) employment. • $20.00 to start DOE plus benefits • 2 years minimum experience • Clean driving record with proof of insurance • Able to pass pre hire physical and drug screen • Use of personal vehicle required (must be able to carry paint, supplies and ladders) with a mileage reimbursement provided • Experience in minor touch ups to full paints including trim work doors and ceilings • Able to work independently and track job times/costs accurately and meet deadlines Let us know what you have to bring to our diverse team!
