Hey wasteoids! I’m Dizzy Toxo, a Portland based solo artist who just released a new EP called Pathogen and felt like posting about it in the hopes that more people can listen cuz it’s worth sharing. I make crust pop, think power pop, post punk and synth pop thrown into a blender and recorded onto cassette by someone who could benefit from engineering experience, it’s crusty. If you’re curious, it’s available on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Bandcamp and SoundCloud but every link I try to attach gets the post flagged for removal so just look it up yourself. I love what I do and if you do too then that’s awesome, if not then that’s awesome too cuz art and creativity come from such deeply personal spaces that criticism, critique and appraisals are meaningless.
