light panel repair - electrician wiring

Hello! I have this awesome bi-color light that I need repaired. the light stopped working during a photography shoot and when I took the fuse out I realized it had been wrapped in tinfoil to extend its life. The new fuse I got is too large. Inside the panel there is one wire that has disconnected from the board. The bulbs and knobs are in perfect working condition. Really hoping someone can help me so I don’t have to get rid of it. Will pay a flat rate or hourly. Thanks!
