We are looking for painters with the following experience. Able to paint with and run a paint sprayer, cut and roll, work from and able to operate a scissor lift. Must have at least 6 years of painting experience, able to work with others as a team. Also looking for Construction Handymen that can perform a variety of work, ie Drywall patching and finishing, installing Covebase, ceiling tile replacement, T-bar replacement, painting, ceramic tile replacement, VCT tile replacement. Prefer commercial experience. This work takes place mostly at night so you must be willing to work nights and some travel. Must have a neat appearance, work when its time to work ( not on your cell phone during work hours ) able to pass a drug test and background check, must be a legal citizen have a valid drivers licence, and verifiable references of past work history. MUST HAVE OWN BASIC TOOLS specialty tools will be provided Work is in Malls in the LA and Orange county areas you will be required to drive your self to the projects.
