We’re looking for a skilled Building/Maintenance Superintendent to join our awesome team and be responsible for maintaining and caring for our 75-unit, beautiful senior living apartment community located in Pasadena. The ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years minimum prior experience in general maintenance and possess successful leadership experience, and experience working directly with vendors. Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven work record repairing general maintenance items, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical systems, and unit turns. Prior experience in affordable housing and working with seniors preferred. We offer an hourly wage, 1 bedroom apartment + utilities, and other benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, 403(b) option, life insurance and paid time off. Non-smoking building, one small pet OK. Pre-Employment background check will be performed on all candidates and co-users of apt. over age 18
