I'm a seasoned ( all salt ) musician of the Deceased Hollywood hair and metal band 1970-80's club scene. What do I do? I sing (not scream) and play guitar (passable rhythm). Willing to play blues, jazz (dim7, flat5 and oddball time signatures, the kind with no even numbers) country, rock, folk, post folk, gospel, New Christian and real retro 60's psychedelic. I'm a quick study. You gotta book (set list)? I'll learn it. What do I want? Gee that's a nebulous question........... ideally to find a band with folks on the same page as me; pages 21-247 of the "Guide for The Youth Challanged Musician", with no illusions about getting a "record deal", to play for the shear joy of finding that elusive groove that flows through a musician's soul and to impress your friends and dames ( the sophisticated ones. The ones good enough to introduce to your family during the holidays) while improving our chops. It is all about getting better. We could be a great band at whatever, if we just stick to it. Music is a never ending journey of learning and evolution. I am well equipped and have a credit card. I prefer combo amps and a very mobile and veristile setup. Who wants to get shagged out before a show moving gear? Put that energy out there for the audience. As the kids say "hit me up" if you are interested. Nosmo King is easy going, adventurous, positive, plays well with others and loves the way music makes us feel.
