7 month Mastiff mix, M, All White/deaf pup

I have a "All White" "green eyes" Male -7 month old -male Completely Deaf, some what potty trained -terror 😂 He is up to date on shots except his rabies which is due before he is a year old. He's over 50 pounds already And will be extra large when fully grown.. so a big yard is a necessity. He was born July 16th 2021 My Training him has been completely useless.. I honestly don't know what I'm doing, I've never had a deaf puppy before. I've tried a training collar it didn't work, he does know a few hand signals, Things you'd need to know about this big boy.. he's very very stubborn and very over protective.. he can act out aggressively if he doesn't get his own way by nipping and growling, he does get along great with our cats but I'm not sure about cats he didn't grow up with. He's never been around other dogs or children. He's so heavy he can knock a adult right over on there butt if there not careful, so I've never let him around any children.. better safe then sorry, He's a beautiful sweet boy but so hard to handle, I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong or maybe he needs a male owner.. idk but I know I've tried everything and he needs more training and attention then I'm able to give to him. I originally paid a very very large re-home fee of 700.00 So I'm asking for a 150.00 re-home fee And proof of yard and your Vet info I do have his vet records and I'm located on Carolina beach and I do not drive.
