This is the total Sq.Ft with the waste figured in.
You will just install.
It's all one room. And there no base trim on.
It's 3/4" x 3 1/4" No #1 Red Oak.
Unfinished flooring.
All material will be supplied.
You will need to be fully tooled and have staples for your gun.
I will pay on completion.
