Most weekends are off -Paid training for industry related licensing (Ornamental Herbicide and Insecticide Applicator) -Hiring Bonuses and year-round employment available through the winter months. Winter work on commercial property de-Icing with increased pay rate and end of winter season bonus based on total hours worked. -$16.50 to $27.00 per hour with paid time off available after probation period. What we require: -Must be a minimum of 18 years old -Have a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record -Able to perform physical tasks involving lifting 50lbs and a willingness to work outside in Idaho weather conditions -Have passion and pride for improving properties. What We Do: -Commercial and residential property maintenance include; Mowing. Trimming. Edging. Pruning. Minor irrigation repairs and programing. Fertilization and pest control applications. Truck and trailer operation. Fall clean up. Irrigation winterization. Etc. -Landscape installations include; Patios, walks and driveways made of tile-brick-flagstone. Irrigation system installation. Planting trees, plants and sod. Building water fountains and ponds/streams. Retaining walls. Landscape lighting. Earthwork with mini excavators, skid steers, and smaller power equipment. Outdoor kitchens. Etc.
