Sweet kitty wants to be an only child

Rosie is 8 years old. I took her in when my sister passed away. She likes to be indoors and outdoors, is shy but sweet and has a really cute meow. She wants to fit in but is having a hard time here. She tolerates my male cat but not so much my other female cat. She does not like my dogs, although she is not afraid of them. She hides when there is a lot of activity in the house (which is most of the time here). She is most happy and comfortable when I'm alone with her. Then she wants to cuddle and just hang out near me. So I'm hoping to find a home where she can be one person's one and only. I have all her records from my sister.
