Found grey cat

The past few nights a skittish but petable Russian blue (sex unknown) cat has been coming around our townhouse in Ashburn to eat. I have video of him. I’m trying to get him(?) to come inside but he’s a little too shy. Very handsome, looks healthy & well-fed. Please contact me to see video.
