Position Title: Material Handler Wage: $19.78/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am Are you a Material Handler and currently looking to go back to work, or find a place to call home? QPS Greenfield is looking for experienced 3rd shift Material Handlers at one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI. Apply now! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Complete motorized industrial vehicle check - Comprehend job ticket or packing list and make sure material, product type and special instructions are consistent with the specifications outlined for the job - Load and unload materials and product by hand, pallet jack or motorized industrial vehicle - Secure shipping documents and verify that check-in or check-out of material or product is consistent with documents - Stow product and material in designated inventory locations using motorized industrial vehicles - Return unused materials from production to their proper locations. - Facilitate preparation of roll changes for web card/envelope equipment and carton taping machines - Retrieve from inventory and assemble product orders from packing list - Prepare orders for shipment via truck lines, freight lines, UPS, FedEx, etc. - Monitor compliance with quality requirements of product packages and loads - Participate in daily inventory counts - Verify inventory stock levels as requested Requirements: - Able to follow instructions in English - Good communications skills - Basic math skills QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.
