Suffolk County based HVAC/ Home Performance Company is looking for a junior or entry level trainee/installer. To start, this is PART-TIME position with flexible WEEKDAY ONLY hours. The candidate will assist in installing HVAC equipment, insulation and other Home Performance materials. This position REQUIRES general labor and will include training in various aspects of the job. On the job training will be provided in various aspects of residential AC Heat Pump installation as well as proper installation of Home Performance measures such as insulation, air sealing, duct sealing etc. Right person will have some construction and labor experience and must be mechanically inclined. Best candidates have their own basic tools and know how to use them. Jobs requires physical conditioning since work includes ladder, attic work, tight spaces etc. You will be required and trained to do multiple tasks including general labor.
