Great small company is hiring a full-time, year-round maintenance crew foreman. Must have a valid driver's license and DOT card Must have a clean driving record with 3 years no accidents and less than 2 moving violations Must have experience driving a Mason dump and 18 foot trailer Must have experience plowing Must have experience with commercial mowing equipment and be able to use them without training or damaging turf Must pass a drug test Must not have ANY felony convictions -this includes pleading Nolo Must be available Monday through Friday 7 AM through 5 PM and Saturdays 8 Am until 2 PM Must be physically capable of manual labor for 50 hours a week Most importantly, applicants should be professional, punctual, and dependable.
