Whistle Express Car wash is currently looking for Assistant Managers. The Assistant Manager would have the responsibility of running the day to day operations of an express tunnel car wash that includes but is not limited to: Recruit, develop and motivate teams to deliver the company's vision, customer experience and financial strategies for the store. Ensure training of team members and evaluate team member performance and set goals. Promote sales, manage expenses, and maximize profitability. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized overall site appearance at the location. Oversee preventative maintenance programs Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required. Ensure adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures and processes. Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Ideal candidate is someone who: Has previously held a management role. Is not a "desk person" but who likes being on their feet and interacting with people Likes working in an outdoor environment year round Someone who can work 40-45 hours per week including some weekends. Skills: High school education or equivalent; some college preferred Knowledge of the car wash business preferred but not required Previous management experience Mechanical aptitude Proven leadership skills Strong communication skills Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs Must be able to work some weekends Pay & Benefits We offer competitive pay as well as uncapped monthly bonuses and commissions.
