We are looking for a Hardscapes Project Manager/Laborer! If you have at least 2 years of professional landscape experience apply today! Hardscapes Project Manager JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Operate equipment on job site Drive truck with trailer Responsible for quality control on job site Plant installation Pruning shrubs and trees Edging beds Weeding Mulching Installing sod Carrying blocks, pavers, and other hardscape materials Hauling or spreading topsoil Digging holes and trenches Job site clean up Manage a crew of 2 - 4 on a daily basis Estimating full landscape projects Working on site from start to finish of project GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 years of professional landscape experience Valid driver’s license Basic knowledge of equipment Basic knowledge of plants Utilize skid steers and other equipment on job sites Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Must be able to stand/walk/bend/stoop throughout the day Good work ethic and excellent attention to detail Positive attitude Ability to follow instructions from Manager Must wear work boots Must have the ability and knowledge to accurately estimate and bid landscaping jobs Must have the knowledge and ability to build paver patios and retaining walls from start to finish without supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends possible) Experience: landscaping: 2 years (required) License/Certification: Driver's License (required) CDL (Preferred) Work Location: In and around the quad cities area Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
