I Need Someone to Cut/Install Small Glass in Kitchen Window ASAP!

First and foremost, I have a very tight budget and this is a small project. I need someone to cut and install a single small piece of glass in my dining window. The glass is really small, smaller than a car window but it's residential and is for my dining area. I have the glass but don't know how to cut and install it.
