It is NOT "voter suppression", when voters are asked to show a valid I. D. ( Democrats don't want people to be required to show I. D. ) It is NOT "voter suppression", when voters are required to be a citizen of this country. ( Democrats in New York are already allowing Illegal Aliens to vote and giving them driver's licenses ) It is NOT "voter suppression", when voters are asked to fill out their own ballots, and not let some stranger do it for them. ( Democrats like the idea of "ballot harvesting"; Democrat operatives collecting ballots from strangers, and possibly changing them ) It is NOT "voter suppression", when 'mail-in' ballots are only sent out to people who specifically request mail-in ballots. ( In 2020, Democrats demanded that 'mail-in' ballots be sent out to EVERYONE, even people who didn't ask for them. This caused millions of ballots to be floating around the country, unclaimed and possibly forged. There were an estimated 15 Million "extra ballots" in the last election ) Our voting laws are addressed in the Constitution. Voting laws can ONLY be changed by state legislatures, not by lawyers and courts. None of that happened in 2020. The 2020 election was totally illegal and Un-Constitutional. Republicans don't want to make it harder to VOTE. -- They want to make it harder to CHEAT. Asking for a valid I. D. is a good first step. Time to get back on track and start doing elections correctly, in compliance with our Laws and Constitution.
