We are looking for a full-time Carpenter/Detail Punch Technician who lives these values and is seeking to join our quickly growing team!! Carpenter/Detail Punch Technician Core Responsibilities: ● Possess a strong understanding of building, residential construction, and remodeling. ● Own basic hand and power tools for carpentry. ● Possess great communication skills for interaction with subcontractors, management, and most importantly our clients. ● Be able to perform assigned duties with attention to Factor Design Build’s exacting quality standards. ● General ability to learn to read and understand plans. ● Be the face of the company: provide a HIGH level of customer service when interacting with our clients. ● Ensure Factor Design Build’s exacting level of quality on all work performed on every project. ● Communicate and coordinate with Project Manager on a daily basis to ensure that expectations for work to be done are thoroughly understood. ● Perform minimal bags-on rough and finish carpentry work as needed, from dust protection through punch list. This will occasionally include some auxiliary trade work. ● Consistently maintain a high level of on-site cleanliness and dust protection on projects. ● Maintain a high level of client service and interaction with our clients. ● Maintain a professional appearance for client interaction. ● This role reports to a Project Manager. ● Any and all other duties that arise or are delegated. Site Manager/Superintendent Skills and Experience: ● 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling. ● Possess great communication skills for interaction with trade partners, management, and most importantly our clients. ● Be able to perform assigned duties with attention to Factor Design Build’s exacting quality standards. ● Possess an understanding and knowledge of practicing construction safety. ● Possess the ability to communicate and implement Factor Design Build’s philosophies, core values, and mission statement. ● At minimum, possess a basic ability to read and understand plans. ● Ability to use tools, lift up 50 lbs, and in general good health to stand or sit for periods of time, on construction sites, and in a vehicle driving to projects. ● A GREAT ATTITUDE and a desire to work with a GREAT TEAM!!!!!
