We will be hiring experienced and entry-level assemblers, both mechanical and wiring, for 2nd shift. • Temp-To-Perm at a Union Facility • Competitive Pay and Benefits • Climate Controlled 2nd shift hours are either 330pm - 1130pm M-F or 4pm - 1230 am M-F. Some OT available. Base rate without experience 15.75, goes up from there! No Current Vaccine mandate. 4 months temp-to-perm Regular rate increases every 6 months On-The-Job Paid Training Background Requirements upon offer: 7 year criminal investigation (Reasonably friendly - let's discuss!) Drug Screening (Urinalysis) Education Verification - HS Diploma or GED required, or agreement to obtain Texas GED within 4 months of hire Previous Employment verification - Union pays per relevant experience, rates up to 25/hr for qualified individuals!
