We install handcrafted swingsets and accessories made by Amish craftsmen in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We’re looking for several Installation Crew Members/Apprentices as we head into our prime installing season, from April to August. We are looking for skilled candidates with a background in construction, installation, building, etc., and entry-level candidates interested in joining the crew as an apprentice. Our Ideal Installation Crew Member/Apprentice: • Experience: Experience with assembly, carpentry, construction, and above-average building skills is preferred. We will provide on-the-job training for motivated entry-level candidates. • Active: This is a physically demanding job where you’ll be running power tools, lifting 75-100 pounds, bending, and kneeling. • Team Player: Actively contribute to the team during building, help, and encourage others. • Professional: You’re at the front-line dealing with customers and helping troubleshoot any issues that arise on the job site. • Driven: We need someone who seeks out success with hard work and embraces daily challenges. • Always Learning: This position requires perpetual learning from the intensive training for setting up the swingsets to being familiar with all our products. • Adventurous: You’ll be paid to travel the country in this position. You will travel throughout NY, PA, KY, MO, IL, VA, and MD. We make occasional trips to CA, TX, and FL.
