Our client is looking for a “Jack-of-all-Trades and Master of ALL” Maintenance Mechanic to help keep them growing! If you’re hard-working and dedicated, our client is the ideal place to get ahead! This position is Direct Hire and offers great pay and benefits. -Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment -Troubleshoot machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance -Read, interpret, and follow instructions and operation manuals -Maintain a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery -Conduct preventive maintenance to mechanical machinery and devices -Detect malfunctions through observation (sound and visual) -Run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality -Perform emergency repairs, repair broken or faulty machine parts -Align and calibrate machine parts -Monitor and report on project progress -Follow safety rules and regulations -Maintain a safe and clean work environment REQUIREMENTS -High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent -Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic -Great understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, gas/electric burners -Problem-solving and organizational skills -Excellent communication and detail-oriented -Efficient and willing to learn -Basic computer skills -Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy loads -Experience with welding and fabricating -Ability to follow instructions, and understand general mechanical systems -Familiarity using different power and hand tools -Good technical skills such as reading schematics, use precision measurement tools -A driver’s license is a plus Send your resume in MS Word format to Sylvia Martinez at [email protected] or call (559) 222.5284 if you have any questions.
