NOW HIRING FULL-TIME, ORGANIZED AUXILIARY FLOOR SUPERVISOR TO SUPERVISE ALL FLOOR ACTIVITY, INCLUDING ASSISTING MANAGERS, MONITORING STAFF AND MANAGING INVENTORY. THE FLOOR MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ALL FLOOR REQUIREMENTS ARE MET. 1ST SHIFT - MONDAY-FRIDAY (SOME WEEKENDS), 5:30AM - 3:00PM REFERRAL BONUSES AND OVERTIME AVAILABLE! PAID WEEKLY!! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to  Supervise staff.  Train staff to perform allocated roles if needed.  Assist managers with any queries or requests.  Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members  Monitoring attendance, tardiness, and time off Key requirements  Previous experience as a warehouse lead/ Supervisor  Bilingual is a plus  Computer skills ( MO, Warehouse software)
