Property Management Career Fair - Wednesday, March 2nd from 9 am - 11 am Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment & property management firms in the country, is seeking skilled professionals to become members of our team at Elevate 231 and The Row Apartments, our stunning apartment communities in Columbia, MO. We are known for fully rehabbing and repositioning properties and are seeking team members to leasing and manage these multi- million dollar assets. All positions are eligible for excellent salary and full benefits package including 401K matching! Multiple full time positions are available! AVAILABLE POSITIONS: • Community Manager o Ability to "run the show" and the daily operations of the apartment community o Organized, driven and friendly personality o Capacity to collect rent and multitask o Strong administrative and organizational skills o Management experience required o Promote opportunities in the company and build your team • Assistant Community Manager o Driving force behind achieving maximum occupancy o Ability to Minimize delinquencies and collecting 100% rent each month o Skilled at motivating and supporting associates to meet and exceed the goals o Create and execute successful resident retention strategies o Ability to develop and implement creative and extensive marketing campaigns o Promote opportunities in the company and assist in building the team • Leasing & Marketing Associates o Ability to sell & close the deal o Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality o 1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc. • Maintenance Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification required • All facets of apartment make ready • Carpenters • Interior and Exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing To Apply: Apply in person with us!
