Job includes event set up and break down, event janitorial prep and clean-up, inside facility janitorial maintenance, outside clean-up and sidewalk snow removal. This job involves periods of strenuous activity and routine heavy lifting. Applicant must be able to work alone for long periods of time and be responsible for accomplishing assigned tasks as expected in a timely manner and often with critical deadlines. General work hours are 8 hour day shifts alternating with swing shifts for evening events. Work during event times requires working around the public and in crowds with dress in black during those times. All needed training will be provided. No experience is necessary.
