If anyone sees a guy around mid 20s brown hair with a beard and is around 5’11” white man with a white dog recently been shaved he was last seen with her walking down neltton and gardener by the ice cream shop on east boone Spokane Washington he is the person who we have found to of stole my service dog and he is starving her and she is extremely underweight and was said to be terrified and trying to get away from him these are pictures from video surveillance where he was caught taking her back he has been calling her “zena” her name is Zenny and she comes to it on command and is very friendly he is also claiming the story he got her 4 months ago from deer park (she has been missing and was stolen 4 months ago) yes she was reported to the police as stolen but only so much they can do without a face, name, or address. She has also been reported stolen to scraps and paw boost! Along with home again. She is also microchipped and licensed in my name! if anyone sees him and knows where he may be please message me immediately! I also added photos of what she looks like😊
