Advanced Impressions is seeking an account manager/CSR. Skills: Previous sales experience a plus but not necessary. We don’t sell, we listen and solve problems to help customers reach their identity apparel and promotional product needs. Relationships are paramount. Communication: Strong listening, communication, and writing skills are crucial to identify the customer’s needs and deliver product according to their needs/wants. We communicate verbally and via email. Mathematical: Must be able to do simple calculations correctly for sales orders. - Must have the basic knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel. Teamwork: Must be team minded and work well with others to accomplish project completion. Follow-up: Must be able to follow-up on cold calls and warm leads to further the sales process. Organization: Must be able to manage time to handle multiple sales projects on an ongoing basis with good detail and organization to order completion. Other Duties: Answering phones, Handling customer pick ups and payments. We offer health benefits and paid vacation & holidays.
