Looking for motivated and dependable individuals who are ready to work. This position will include 2 weeks of training, compensated with minimum wage. After training, pay will be based off commission from money collected. Commission rates range from 25-30%. Pay period is bi-weekly during training. (If needed, we can pay weekly) Regular weekly pay periods post training. Job Description: Debt Collectors are the "messengers" who are responsible for verifying Debtors', informing the debtor of valid debt(s) and ultimately collecting the debt owed. This position will require the new hire to be comfortable on phone calls and to have a very confident --but calm demeanor. Knowing how to handle different types of people is crucial to this role. Some people may be hostile and/or rude, not taking things personally in this line of work is vital. We do not harass debtors. Once asked to discontinue communication, we will add to a Do Not Call List. You will not be taking any financial information from debtors---- your only job will be to verify you are talking to the responsible individual & convincing them to settle the debt from the options you provide to them. Must be comfortable answering calls & speaking on calls. Have basic computer navigating skills. Must be able to relay information to debtor in a respectable, informative & effective manner. Must be able to commute to work for the first 2 weeks of training, (at home positions are available if certain criteria is met.) Prior collection experience preferred NOT REQUIRED.
