Welder with helper

I need someone who knows how to weld. I am making solar racks out of 2x2 by 1/8 inch angle. I have a wire feed welder that will do the job and electricty. total of 2 racks. Should take about 4 hours. one person could do this but it is best if you have a helper to hold the legs in position while welding them and to turn the racks over when finished. all steel will be in place. I have attached a photo of one rack that I built myself in Oregon. I need 2 more here. I want someone experienced in welding. Please tell me what you have done. I want a bid on this job. 1. Weld the top box 2. Weld the legs as shown in picture. 3. Weld braces as shown in picture. 4. turn the entire rack rightside up as shown in picture. this is labor only, no parts, so there will be no advance. Pay when finished with company check. No cash. top is 10 ft by 80 inches legs are 10 foot on one side and 80 inches on other, so the rack top slants as shown when turned over.
