Laborer Looking for experienced labor maintenance and landscaping help. We service commercial and residential accounts. This position is full-time. We offer paid holidays, vacation pay, health insurance, paid mileage, 401(k) and overtime opportunity. Salary commensurate with experience. Qualifications: An outstanding skilled laborer should be hungry to expand their skill set and increase their level of expertise Driver's License with good driving record and insurance Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills Overtime is mandatory during August campus turnover. Will occasionally need to work overtim other months (Saturdays and/or Sundays) A good understanding of safety procedures Great hand, eye, and foot coordination Willingness to learn and be flexible Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills Physically prepared to do manual labor with lifting objects up to 100 Ibs Responsibilities: Loading and unloading materials and equipment Following instructions from supervisors and implementing plans Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties Understand and demonstrate safe work practices at all times Demonstrate high levels of good housekeeping practices
