We are a local hospitality company seeking someone who possesses general knowledge of all aspects of facility maintenance, repair, and service.....a jack-of-all-trades. We are looking for an experienced craftsman with a strong work ethic, incredible attention to detail, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall working knowledge of all trades----from carpentry, tiling, painting, and drywall to light plumbing and electrical. This individual will also be responsible for our small fleet of vehicles maintenance and repairs as well as keeping our grounds clean and free of debris. -Must own basic tools to perform most trades -Must have reliable transportation -Must have a current and valid drivers license with a clean driving record and auto insurance -Must be able to pass a background test -Must have outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities to interact in a positive manner with employees, management, and office personnel -Must be able to provide recent verifiable references -Must uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements This will be a salaried position with benefits after meeting eligibility requirements.
