Vineyards Management Group is a growing property management company that operates manufactured housing communities throughout the US. We are currently seeking a full-time employee to run the overall maintenance of a mobile home community.
This maintenance technician position is responsible for:
Small handy man jobs (light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting and interior and exterior upkeep)
Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work.
Inspection and approval of all move-ins and move-outs
Supervise maintenance work done on community by outside contractors brought in as deemed necessary by park manager
Participate in work orders provided by management
Perform watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing of common areas as well as individual lots
Shovel snow and drive snowplow in common areas as needed (if applicable)
Pool Maintenance (if applicable)
Other duties as assigned by management
